Shipping & Processing

What is your current turn-around time?


We are currently operating at 1-2 business days. This is our processing time, the time that it takes to produce each gift box. This does not include shipping.




My gift was not delivered. What do I do now?


All gifts will include an email sent to you with a tracking number when it ships. Please check that tracking number to ensure it was delivered. If there are any issues, please contact us through out GET IN TOUCH page and a representative will respond within 24 hours!




The gift was marked 'return to sender'. What happens now?


Contact us on our 'GET IN TOUCH' page! We will work with you to get the gift to its recipient! We do ask the customer to cover a $5 shipping cost if we have to resend.




My order never arrived to the recipient and the tracking # says 'still in transit'.


Once the order leaves our facilities, it's in the hands of the USPS. During certain times of the year, the USPS will have longer shipping times, please note that we cannot control shipping times!




Can I have a gift arrive on an exact date?


Not at this time, as we partner with shipping partners like USPS to ship all gifts. Please note, all ranges are approximate and NOT guaranteed. Note: we may not ship on weekends or bank holidays. Shipping options and pricing will come up in checkout when you put in your shipping address as they will vary depending on location.




I need to change my order shipping address.


For address changes, please contact jenniferlouiseco@gmail.com immediately with your order number and the changes needed. If it is something we can do and the order is not yet processed or shipped, we will accommodate as best we can. If not, we may not be able to accommodate this change. Please ensure information is correct when checking out.





Custom Orders

Will you make custom boxes for my team/clients?


Yes! Send an email to jenniferlouiseco@gmail.com and we will work with you to create the PERFECT gift!





Gifts

Am I able to create my own gift box through Jennifer Louise Co.?


Yes! Choose our 'BUILD A BOX' option and you will be able to pick box fillers, gift items, and cards! Sent straight to you or your recipient!




What type of box are the gifts placed in?


At this time, we are utilizing white corrugated box mailers 10"x7"x4" in size. If using our build a box option, and place a larger order, we will modify your order to a larger box, free of charge, in order to safely ship your gift.




How do i send multiple gift boxes?


Currently, we only allow one gift box per checkout. All items added to cart during our 'build a box' option will be added to one gift box and will be shipped to one address. Please place multiple orders to ship to different addresses or create separate boxes.





Returns & Cancellations

What's your cancellation/refund/return policy?


All sales are final from Jennifer Louise Co. We issue no refunds or order cancellations. If you have feedback or issues, please let us know by emailing us at jenniferlouiseco@gmail.com





Bulk Orders

What is the minimum for bulk orders?


Currently, we start our bulk orders at a minimum of 5 (five) boxes. Please contact us at jenniferlouiseco@gmail.com or through our bulk boxes site page in order to inquire about specific pricing.
